Special Session 1

M.A.S.T.E.R. Framework for Strategic Innovation in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics

  • This Session is built around the M.A.S.T.E.R. framework (Methodological Approach for Strategic Transformation, Evaluation, and Redesign) —an innovative approach designed to foster operational excellence and strategic innovation in computational and bioinformatics sciences.
The M.A.S.T.E.R. framework combines three proven methodologies into a powerful synergy:

    • ● A3 Thinking (Lean) – structured problem solving
      ● DMAIC (Six Sigma) – data-driven process improvement
      ● PDCA – continuous, iterative improvement

  • This integration ensures a rigorous, reproducible, and results-oriented approach, ideally suited to the complexity of biological and informatics systems.

Join us and discover how this methodological foundation can enrich the scientific debate and provide participants with practical tools for advancing research and innovation.
